1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, it is not required. However, we do recommend subscribing to our mailing list. As a subscriber, you will receive insider news, information about new product launches, and access to special offers and loyalty programs.
2. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Bancontact). Are you experiencing issues during checkout? Please contact us at ola@bzoia.be.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In-stock items: Shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Out-of-stock items: Since our jewelry is handmade, the average production time is 8 business days.

Delivery: Once shipped, your package is usually delivered within a few business days. Please note that packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as customs processing (outside the EU) or local postal delays.
4. What are the shipping costs?
All our shipments are always insured and sent with Track & Trace. The rates are:

Belgium: €5.95

Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg: €11.50

Portugal & Rest of Europe: €19.95

Rest of the world (International): €65.00
5. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email for every status update of your order. Once your package is on its way, you will also receive a tracking number via email.
6. I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Please allow some extra time, as delivery times may vary due to busy periods with postal services. If your order is significantly late, please contact us at ola@bzoia.be and we will find a solution immediately.
7. What should I do in case of a defect or a return?

Returns within the EU: You have a 14-day cooling-off period (excluding earrings and custom-made items).

Defects: Did you receive a piece of jewelry with a manufacturing defect? Report this within 48 hours of receipt via ola@bzoia.be with photos and a video.
