At Bzoia, every piece of jewelry is handled with care and always shipped insured, ensuring your purchase arrives safely.
1. Shipping Time & Stock

In stock: Items in stock are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Out of stock: If an item is not in stock, the average shipping time is 8 business days.

Contact: For orders that are not immediately in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the progress.
2. Insured Shipping All our shipments are always insured and sent with Track & Trace. This protects your jewelry against loss or damage during transport until the moment of delivery.

4. Customs & Import Duties (Outside EU) For orders outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, or import fees.
Return & Warranty Policy – bZOIA
At Bzoia, craftsmanship is central. Each piece of jewelry is handmade, which means that minor imperfections are not defects, but rather proof of a unique, handcrafted product.
1. Returns within the EU Do you live in the European Union? You have the right to return your purchase.

Term: Report your return officially via e-mail within 14 days of receipt.

Condition: The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend insured shipping.

Exclusions: Earrings (due to hygiene) and custom-made items (personalized pieces) can never be returned.
2. Returns outside the EU (International)

For all orders outside the European Union, we do not accept returns. Every purchase is final due to the complexity of customs procedures and high shipping costs, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect (see point 3).
3. Warranty for Manufacturing Defects (Worldwide) Is your jewelry defective due to a construction error? We resolve this for every customer worldwide.

The Procedure: Report the defect within 48 hours of receipt always officially via e-mail with clear photos and a video. bZOIA will decide whether the jewelry must be returned for physical inspection or if an immediate solution will be provided.

The Inspection: If we request the return of the item, you initially pay the shipping costs yourself.

Costs for Confirmed Defects: If the manufacturing defect is confirmed by us, you are entitled to a repair, a new product, or a full refund. In case of a refund, we will reimburse:

The full purchase price of the product.

The shipping costs incurred for the return.

Any extra costs such as customs duties, provided you can present official proof of payment.

Rejected Claim: If our inspection shows that the damage was caused by misuse, dropping, bending, or normal wear and tear, the claim will not be accepted.
